I played this game several times before and now I would like to use codes. I went to my Baldur.ini file and went under [Game Options] and added Cheats=1, but when I Ctrl+Tab Nothing pops up. I don't know why. Can anyone help. I do have Windows 8 but I don't think that's effecting it. The only thing is I cannot go widescreen.

You altered the file correctly, but you're using Wndows 8.

Where did you install your game? If it's C:\Program Files (or any directory names Program Files) it probably did. Any Windows after XP "shadows" files so that changing the baldur.ini in the game directory is useless.

First rule of thumb for modding/altering programs: don't install to any Program Files directory.

Try C:\Games or something similar on another drive and see if that helps.

But I did the change in all Baldur.ini files, I even open it in all folders and still get nothing.
