I get error source file is corrupt....

...how do i check integrity because re-download does nothing

cheers
TR.
Need more details, please. Is that error when you try to install, or does it install successfully and then when you try to play, it gives the error?

If you are manually downloading the installers, they should automatically do an integrity check when you run them.
Assuming windows (but it's largely the same with others)
Before redownloading:
Delete the old files
Clear the cache
Clear the DNS resolver cache
Save to a new location and change the file-name (add a number at the beginning/end - rename it after download).

(Sometimes, when re-downloading something, the computer assumes the file-size / file is the same and therefore doesn't really re-download the whole thing.)

As OneFiercePuppy said - there should be an auto file integrity check when you install (unless you deliberately skip it)
