I know I have to download WinHlp32.exe, but when going through the MS links I'm given the choice of two downloads

Windows6.1-KB917607-x86.msu

and

Windows6.1-KB917607-x64.msu

I presume I'm correct that the first is for Win7 32bit and the second is for Win7 64 ?
