I've performed the tasks required to get the "It was worth a shot" and "Secret room" achievements a few times from different saves from both an old character and also with a newly created one but they never trigger. I'm running version 1.105, but had the same problem yesterday with 1.104 before the update. Might want to look into it.

Are you playing with Galaxy on? Achievements on gog require you be connected and logged to Galaxy at all times.
Yeah, I launched the game using Galaxy and had it open and logged in in the background the whole time. I'm running version 1.2.57 of Galaxy (I think it's the most current) if that helps


Just in case I'm mistaken about the tasks, for "It was worth a shot" I was using the dialog choices to repeatedly kick the robot in bunker 317 for 1 HP at a time until my health ran out and I died. For "Secret room" I was placing the "Mysterious Book" in the bookshelf that opens on the bottom floor of bunker 317.

All correct. What OS are you running? We'll try repeating that bug on our rigs.

I'm running on Windows 10 Pro version 1803 build 17134.829
In case it helps, below are links to 3 of my saves, one next to the bookshelf, one next to the robot, and the last one just inside the bunker entrance. On the first two I modifed my character to set characteristics to 11, but it's the only non-vanilla change I made. The final one is a character I started today and is not modified at all and before starting it I also performed a verify/repair on the game using Galaxy just to make sure it wasn't a game file issue but the achievements still didn't trigger.

Thank you for all the additional info. We are on it, and we will do our best, however currently none of our playtesters cannot replicate this problem in his game (make achievement not show up). We're studying the save info. I'll get back to you ASAP.

Thanks for looking into it. Other achievements have triggered for me like the other day I got the Bustin' nuts and 27 Club achievements, so sometimes it does work and there is clearly a bridge between the game and Galaxy, it was just those two achievements I mentioned specifically that didn't occur. Could it be that they are coded to only trigger for the very first character I create that does those things? When I first installed the game, I got about 20 hours into it before I linked it up to Galaxy so my original character that did that stuff did it before I had Galaxy setup. As a programmer myself I know how difficult it is to fix a bug when you can't recreate it on a dev machine, if you need any further info give me a shout.

Yes, I am using Galaxy 2.0, and I always leave it running. I also bought Sigma Theory the same day and achievements are unlocking fine on that game.
I just tried installing on another computer, no luck getting achievements to unlock there either.

Would like to note, I also have that issue. Nearing 30 hours in the game, always via Galaxy, not a single achievement unlocked.

If that makes a difference, I am using Galaxy 2.0 beta, though judging by this topic it doesn't seem to matter.
I just finished the game on LVL 31 expert difficulty yet achievement is not activted, See attached img.

Same here. Caught the golden fish but didn't get the achievement for that (as well as any others, now 0% achievs).
