Posting it here, to hopefully find someone who can help, and to see if the problem's possibly on GOG's side.

As the title says, I'm encountering a weird issue. The maps I'm supposed to have available to play are not showing up in screens where I should be able to pick them. I have access to 24 maps, but apparently I'm supposed to have around 35 maps.

I've tried looking at the game's own troubleshooting guide on their site, but so far the solutions aren't working. The weird thing is, the files are in the game's directory, it's just not loading them for some reason.

The game itself is running fine enough (the only problem being framerate, but I'm living with it for now), no errors messages and only a rare crash that doesn't seem to repeat.

I'm gonna continue working through their troubleshooting guide as I'm able, and if all those fail I'll send them a support ticket. In the meantime, I want to find out if the problem could be caused by something else.

Please let me know if more information is required, I will supply them ASAP.

UPDATE:
I can now confirm that the maps are loading properly, and that I can run them! The latest update seems to have fixed the issue (I assume it's the "Epic Map Pack DLC Compatibility Update", though as of right now I have no idea what exactly fixed it. What I do know is that I now feel comfortable buying DLC again).

Are you running the game from Galaxy or just using the game shortcut? If using the game shortcut is Galaxy running?

Not to suggest Galaxy is a requirement, but this information will help us track down the issue.

I pretty much always use Galaxy to launch it. I've maybe once or twice launched it via the shortcut, but Galaxy was probably also running then, though I admit I'm not too sure about that.

What maps are you missing? Do you own the DLC they are from?
Is this the DLC?

Yes, I bought both of the DLC on GOG (although I got Overlord as part of the game's early "Buy the game now and get this DLC now" thing), and none of the maps from either are showing.

We've received an update for the game + DLCs from Stardock and it should be live in Galaxy for you. Can you test if everything shows up as it's supposed to?

Patch received and tested, no change on the map situation.

I'll see if I can write a support ticket to them sometime this weekend.

Before writing that support ticket, please update the game again as we've just received (and pushed) another update that is now available via Galaxy :) Look for version 1.20.20277 in Galaxy :)

If you are using galaxy, if you go to the gamecard -> settings do you have DLC checkbox ticked?

- uncheck all Ashes DLCs in Galaxy

Can you list the maps you're missing?

Just to verify, the maps aren't grayed out when selecting a map to play?
