This is in the top level castle. I'm dl'ing arxL now, to see if it helps. Trying to cover the bases. Any ideas?

If Arx Libertatis doesn't fix it you could try trading those items with someone else instead. Not all traders will take all item types (from what I recall) but as the main quest progresses you'll find additional traders.
