If that does not work either, try the mirrors on Drog's site. Terra-arcanum's and megaupload one's are busted but ComputerGames.ro's mirrors seem to work. You can find unofficial patch (UAP091225.exe) and high resolution patch (HighRes1.1a.exe) among other smaller related files from my site's download section.

I don't think any site beside Terra-Arcanum hosted all the arcanum related files unfortunately but at least Drog's patches seem to be hosted on various sites so if all else fails, google the individual files until you find working links.
