Ooookay... That is weird. And isn't that one of the guards that (usually) has the really heavy duty armor?

I wonder if it's becoming a trend.

And so it was that Joe Boxer's suggestion for "New Uniform Day" was finally realized.

Actually, I did a Pick Pocket check on him afterward. Turns out he has the big heavy Plate Armor, but its broken & is in his inventory.

It's because his regular rounds take him through an open fire.
That doesn't make it any less hilarious, of course. Rather, maybe moreso.
