So I just got my character trained as an Expert in Bow, and I was expecting to fire two arrows each shot, but I can't figure out how to turn that ability on, or if it needs to be turned on at all.

When I get into a fight, it certainly looks like I'm only firing one arrow, and it only takes one arrow per shot from my inventory. I haven't noticed an increase in damage either. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

It happens automatically, but contrary to what the description implies, the Bow Expert upgrade does not use up two arrows per shot. If you look at the combat feedback, you'll see that each of your successful hits applies damage twice, as if two arrows were fired at once - but it really uses up only one arrow.

Ah yes, thank you that's what's going on. Good to know I don't need twice as many arrows.
