My first character is dumb, and sometimes is hard to find the purple potion (the magic potion wich increases intelligence).
I want a trainer (like Falche, a popular trainer of Fallout) to rise my intelligence, 'cause it's very boring to buy a potion just to complete some quests. :\
This question / problem has been solved by Ralackkimage
As I recall, just having an INT score of more than 4 allows you to converse with other characters perfectly well. Why don't you just spend a point or two to raise your intelligence stat? You've got about 50 of them...
As for the title question, the answer is "no." There are no stat trainers of any kind in Arcanum, although there are magical altars that can provide semi-permanent stat boosts (permanent unless you get a different boost from another altar).
Plenty of character editors out for this game.
Take your pick

There is only ONE save game/character editor and you have it linked to above. It only allows for a few very basic changes to skill schematics and such. You also have linked to a VIRUS above(in the "www.cheathappens.com" link). The very first alleged character editor at that link is actually just a trojan(and no, not just a bit of spam-ware slipped into a legit program. The whole thing is just a trojan virus).

Edit: Also in answer to the OPs question, no there is no trainer or editor that allows you to raise your attribute scores for Arcanum.

NOW you can label this "Solved".

This is not quite accurate, I found a trainer for the game previously, but I can no longer find it, it worked perfectly with Windows 7 as well, which unfortunately I cannot seem to get the character editor to do. So if anyone has seen this trainer for the game, I would like to know where I can find it again, it only had about 3 options, but it was well worth using if you needed an extra character boost.

A year later, this is still the only thread on the subject and there are still no save game editors that work with Windows 7. Unless anyone else has any ideas?

I used the one above to add and re-distribute character points, just to see what its like to have a different build without starting over.
Works on Win7 64 bit

Tried this. Keeps on giving me crap about MSSTDFMT.DLL, even though I followed all the instructions on the readme. Can't seem to get it to work no matter what I do.

I had to do the last step in order to get it to work, eg. regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx or one of the other DLLs.

If all still fail you may need Plan B, Virgil's Cheat Menu as ewmarch wrote here

If you really want to change your stats, increase your gold, increase your skill points, increase your hit points, etc., then you could alwyays use Art Money--a simple, free, program that allows you to edit numerical values stored in hexidecimal code. It works with most games, including Arcanum, and you dont need to know hex code to make it work.

Several years later, and still the only thread I found. For posterity, v1.8 still works with up to date win7, but instead of copying the files to 'c:\windows\system' like it says, I had to copy them to 'c:\windows\SysWOW64'. THEN I needed to open cmd as Administrator (rt click, open as admin) and regsvr32 each of the files. One of them failed to register (riched32.dll), but the editor appears to work now.

There was a bit of trial and error, so I actually copied the files to Windows\system, Windows\system32, and Windows\SysWOW64. I'm pretty sure that SysWOW64 is the actual correct location, but I will include that I have em in all 3 places in case I'm wrong about that.
