I vaguely remember reading, maybe on Terra-Arcanum or maybe in an old gamefaqs writeup that as a dwarf, you can tell the King of the Dwarves at the Wheelclan that Tarant is a corrupt place full of disgusting people or somesuch and in the ending slides, Tarant gets wiped out by the dwarves

is this true? If so, has anyone done it recently in the unmodded game? If so, how? Does it require high Persuasion or perhaps an evil alignment?

I've never even heard of this before. If it's true, that would be something to try.
