I've installed the game and all patches, but when I run the Hi-res patch I get an error :

WeiDU v 21000 Log

I indeed cannot find the dialog.tlk file
Please advice what to do.

Huh? Could it be that you mixed up your patches for Arcanum and Baldurs gate? Because WeiDU is for Baldurs Gate, not for Arcanum.

I've uninstalled Acanum completely, reinstalled it again and applied the patches (checked again that they are correct) and still the same issue.

I do have also Baldur's Gate installed but I have no idea why it even asks for WeiDU when I run the resolution setup (after installation).
Otherwise Aracnum runs fine, but without the correct resolution.

Is there away to configure the resolution manually ? edit some conf file maybe ?
After copying the dialog.tlk file from the Baldur's Gate folder the patch worked and I was able to setup a high resolution - but now the scrolling is way to slow and crappy :(
I had similar problems when first running the highres patch installer, but after the installer failed out with those dialog.tlk messages, I found that if I run "wine Setup-HighRes.exe --nogame" (as found in HighRes.bat), that worked fine.

I don't have any help for the scrolling-is-too-slow thing though.
