So I started playing Arcanum and I seem to have encountered some bugs. In the quest "The Priest and the Bandits " I travel to the marked house but there is no man named Arbalah there.
Also, while looting at the crash scene, I can't find some important items such as the passport from Preston Radcliffe and the camera from Isaac Zapruder. Preston's body is not even there. Isaac is present, but with no camera to loot.
Please, help me :)

These are some very serious bugs, that I have never encountered, even in a vanilla game (without UAP). I recommend reinstalling the game from scratch (and then patching it, of course).

Already reinstalled the game, bugs are still there. What patches do you do recommend to fix them?

Well then, maybe the installer file is corrupt (I doubt it, but still it is a possibility) - try redownloading it. Disabling any anti-virus software for installing process might help, too. Another thing that comes to my mind is running installer as administrator. And don't install (any game) in "Program Files" folder (if you're using Win7).

UAP (Unofficial Arcanum Patch http://terra-arcanum.com/drog/dest/index.html ) is highly recommended for reliable and enjoyable gameplay - it fixes maaany bugs, glitches and cut or unfinished content in the game.
