I'm trying to edit the random encounter tables as mentioned here in order to not be stuck with no random encounters past level 50 when using the level cap remover, but when I try to use any of the Undat programs they open but immediately close and I can't use them. Any ideas? Running Windows 7 64 bit by the way.

Also, in what order would I install the following mods?

Unofficial Patch 091225
Arcanum level 50 patch
HQ Music
HQ Townmaps
High Resolution Patch 1.1a

And one more question, do I make the Undat edit before or after installing mods?

Thanks in advance, this game is a pain in the ass for me to figure out patching and modding.

I used this program on the same OS, seems to work okay:

Apply the mods first so they don't override any further edits you make.
