Where can I find a Blade Launcher Schematic guys?

As a random schematic from the quality smith in either Tarant or Caladon, and possibly other places (like the Tarant gun shop).

To reset a vendor's inventory, move at least one full screen away and advance time to the next day. (You can even quick save [F7] and reload [F8] until they have what you want; this is known as power shopping.)
