I have some bad news for you. I contacted Krillbyte about this issue and asked them if we could expect this possibility to be back with a future update. Today I finally received their reply and you will not like it:

"Hi. The original audio language is English, the Norwegian was added as a bonus. For the enhanced edition we’ve recorded additional English dialogue, but we haven’t recorded it with the Norwegian actors so therefore the Norwegian dialogue is currently disabled."

It wouldn't be much of a problem if they didn't use Americans to fuck up the the dialogue as 90% of the cases have shown for non-domestic titles; why they don't use UK actors is beyond me!...If I'm wrong and they used UK actors then I'll shut it, but it seems that American McDonalds employees are cheap enough to hire, as their skills seem to reflect.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll be shutting the wretched voices off if that's the case!

I also asked them today if they could tell GOG to add the "original" version as bonus for people who would like to play in Nowegian.

Thanks again for this, I really can't confirm their reasoning behind this other than the threat my fellow countrymen being so xenophobic/geocentric as to degrade sales by being opposed to the game by having "foreigner-speak," and/or not hearing an American in the English language version; it really would not surprise me in the least, at least that cynical side of me BTW...xD

But seeing as mostly non-hardcore/liberal leaning crowd would be interested in this I would think it wouldn't matter if they included the Norwegian/UK actors, as Europeans pretty much rule the indie scene after all!
