So I'm doing a let's play of the game and I'm just getting to disc 2, when I go across the bridge and kill the enemy (ignoring the small ones and after the earthquake cutscene) goin up the stairs for the ritual with the stele's. I get the cutscene after choosing the right one for North/West/East but then Aline tells me to go to the north one and "call her if it has some engravings" but when I inspect it the game just continues with out the next scene for the puzzle. Any advice guys? I'd hate to leave an unfinished playlist on my channel.

You will solve that puzzle in Aline's walkthrough, in Carnby's walkthrough you only have to read up the inscriptions for her. It's one of the main elements of the game: the two characters each have take a different path, visit different locations and fight different bosses, but they'll occasionally work together, like in a co-op play. You'll only learn the complete story and the fate of everyone if you finish both character's path.
