When attempting to install the patch for alan wake's american nightmare patch, commodo antivrus gives me a virus warning. Is this a false positive or actual virus

I guess this could be caused by one of the dlls the patcher uses, but it is a false positive. I just rechecked the patch, and it shows up clear.
