"И так, в 7.30 утра, локализация наконец-то на Стиме. В данный момент - на тестовой ветке, чтобы ещё кто-то кроме невыспанного меня проверил, работает ли она нормально. Её опубликуют Винс или Оскар, но если вы хотети играть в переводе уже - переключитесь на тестовую ветку самостоятельно. Для этого:

Steam Library -> Age of Decadence -> правый клик -> Properties -> Betas -> введите пароль blacksheepwall -> из выпадающего списка выбирите "test" -> Close. Убедитесь, что Стим скачал апдейт, если надо - перезапустите его.

Не буду рассказывать о всех ночных приключених с локализацией, которые отменили мне сегодня сон, но об одном вспомню - фиксов в дев. билде накопилось так много, что на данный момент самый последний перевод тоже уже устарел. Пришлось выполнить работу Санфайра и команды, и обновить перевод до 1.0.0.85. ВНИМАНИЕ - там осталось пару английских строк в диалогах, на которые у меня сегодня не хватило уже здоровья. Так что пока они будут непереведены. Возможно что-то я перевел не по глоссарию - звыняйтэ. Английский и русский архивы с новейшими файлами локализации я Санфайру залил как всегда, так что можете исправлять, дополнять, улучшать."

В стиме появилась русский перевод, а кто нибуть может залить файлы с переводом на файлообменик ?

Хотелось бы увидеть файлы с русской локализацией на странице игры в GOG.com, а не где-то на сторонних файлообменниках или в том же Steam, где игра стоит намного дороже чем здесь.

Всё будет. Просто нужно подождать пока GOG проверит и выложит новый патч. А это дольше чем в Steam'е будет, в котором это сами разработчики выкалывают.

It's been there since the 1st update :) You have to go into the game's options and change the game to Russian :)

Yep. But current russian-translated scripts still include some annoying bugs.
For example, I have to change language to English, if my thief want to climb in Feng's house.
It's very irritating...

Yep. The game is totally updated.
But! Update for russian localisation (i.e. scrpits-n-fixes) does not included in last game update.
As I realized this trouble, developers can't do it themselves (like in Steam). It's privilege of GOG.com team :)

As for the scripts, I think the translators need to update them and hand them over to the devs :)

Hi,

We've uploaded an updated version of the game and one of the updates was that the Russian version of the game got some updates. Please update your game to the latest version and see if the Russian translation looks better now :)

I highly doubt that Russian translation can be any good. Original texts are brilliant. It's like reading a good classic book. You can't translate that without losing the flavor, especially if OP translated some portions of text using/not using glossary.

The only possible way to translate this game is not only replace English words by Russian but also to use literary skills, there are too many words which MUST be translated in their own specific way in order to fit in properly IMO.

С удовольствием, только сейчас не до игр вообще. Оправдание слабое, но всё же. Как знать, может со временем вернусь к этой теме.
