Guess its most would call it nitpicky but I hate having to use a different controller for so many games or having to use emulation, but that is the point I am at. It would be fine if the emulators could give me solid and reliable results. This reminds me of how Alice Madness Returns died halfway through on me only to magically start working again 6 weeks later. If anyone has any advice please feel free to help me out. Glad I 'Borrowed" this game before paying money for something that for my computer setup is broken.
I'm a little confused. Do you not want to use a mouse & keyboard because I would think the game would be next to impossible with anything else.

I find this game near impossible with a keyboard and mouse. Maybe we just have entirely different play styles?

It seems to me the game was designed to movie with the keyboard and then use the mouse so you could aim and fire independently ala "Zax" or "Abuse".
Well it does have xinput compatibility. I guess I will try to get use to the keyboard and mouse. Most likely will just not play this game and just walk away.
Anyone that is still using an old fashion Dinput controller, should keep https://code.google.com/p/x360ce/ handy for using their gamepad with modern games requiring Xinput.
