GOG’s Second Annual Screenshot Scavenger Hunt
It’s a holiday tradition! Since we’ve been decorating our offices and homes with holiday ornaments, we think it’s only fitting that we decorate the site as well. So if you hunt around, you’ll find that we’ve decorated some of our game screenshots with holiday cheer, here (and below) is an example. By itself, that’s merry, but we like to give our users games here at GOG, so we’re running a contest with these screens. For the next four days (from now until Friday, that is) we will replace 1 screenshot on 5 different gamercards with an edited screenshot full of holiday cheer.

Your challenge is to find ‘em all. Each day, if you choose to accept this challenge, you simply need to make note of which 5 games have had their screenshots altered. At the end of the contest, mail us at contest@gog.com with your meticulously researched notes, and you’ll be entered to win!
What will you be entered to win? That’s a good question. We’re not quite giving away the farm, here, but this is definitely one of the best giveaways GOG has ever offered: You will be able to win the complete catalog from these 5 different publishers: Annuman Interactive, Atari, Rebellion, Strategy First, or Ubisoft, depending on how lucky you are. Here’s how it works:
1st Place: Choose 3 of the 5 above publishers whose catalog you would like to win
2nd Place: Choose 2 of the 5 above publishers whose catalog you would like to win
3rd place: Choose 1 of the 5 above publishers whose catalog you would like to win.
That means, if you’re the first place winner, you could get more than 40 titles in one fell swoop! You need to keep your eyes peeled, though, because each day around 6:00 a.m. EDT that we post 5 new screenshots, we will take down the old ones.
What if you can’t find all 20? Don’t worry--email us with at least 5 games whose screen shots have been altered and you’ll be entered to win one of 7 free games we’re giving away.
This is our seventh surprise in GOG.com's Holiday Celebrations. Don't know what we're talking about? For the first two weeks of December, we're going to reveal a little something for you once a day, until December 14 when we reveal the BIG surprise!
