Game seems to work fine, bt every time i close the TIM (because i don't want to play it anymore), the Help file opens. And this happens every single time.

WinXP SP3

Yes, TIM3. The same happens with me, I need to close Help after closing TIM3.

Hmm... I seem to recall that issue way back in the day when I played it, but not with the GOG version. Are you running it with Windows 95 compatibility mode?

No, no compatibility mode used. I don't see any need to use compatibility mode if games are designed to run out f the box on latest systems.
