I have a windows 7 on my lap top and whenever I try to actually get into paly (tutorial or campaign) I get to the loading screen and after and when the game finish loading it just crushes and exits.

any suggestions?

Yes, you have to go to "graphics" and then disable the "use bump detail maps"
