what version of the game i got from gog.com 1.2 or 1.1?

I believe it is 1.1 because 1.2 is fanmade.

The GoG version is, in fact, 1.1

Patch 1.2 is not fan made. It was programed by the same person who created 1.1. The second printing of PESE shipped with version 1.2

So is it 1.1 or 1.2?

If you are unsure of which version you have, then it is best to get the 1.2 patch and apply it to your install. It will not cause any problems if you do already have PE 1.2........then at least you will know for sure you have the correct version. (PE SE 1.2)
