The Internet: A better bargin can usually be found elsewhere. GOG's copy does come with some extra stuff so you can still weight up the full services of the two other than just price.

Hmm, I just bought it there a couple days ago for $2.50 USD during a promotion, and as far as i can tell it's DRM free, it even says so in the description. http://www.gamersgate.com/DD-PEASE/panzer-elite-special-edition I definitely like GOG more though, and I have way more games here then at gamersgate

It does say that but can you install it without connecting to the GG servers? You need a firewall checking for outgoing traffic to be able to tell or just pull the internet connection during install.
