Why do I keep getting build position blocked when I try to set up a mine? I have yet to make one work. What's the trick to doing this correctly?

There is nothing around it. Just the constructor. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Does the ground have to be totally flat? Does the constructor have to be in a certain corner of the box?

Yes, totally flat. No, it can be in any corner.

I give up. I've driven my constructor all over the map and it won't build. I'm going to move on to something else and come back to MAX. Maybe I'll reinstall it.

Er. Do you have resources in the constructor?

Sigh. I am an IDIOT. I assumed when you bought a new constructor in the game setup it comes with a full complement of resources. NOPE. You have to fill it up!
