I'm used to playing my DOS games with DOSbox or Boxer, but what is the best emulator to use for LOTR Royal Edition, since it is a Windows game? Crossover?

I'm not sure about the GoG version but my CD has both a Dos and Windows version for Lords2 (Lords 1 only has a Dos version IIRC)

I've used wineskin to "install" the game, if I unpack the utility I can get into LOTR1 thru DOSbox, but LOTR2 doesn't want to run thru DOSBox. How can I get it to work?

There exists a Dos version of Lords2 but the Windows version runs fine with only minimal compatibility options turned on so I'm afraid they didn't supply the Dos version.
