That was a nice article. I would also like to see KQ 1-3 on GOG. Also, KQ is what inspired me to create my own adventure game. Still a work in progress but it's coming along. I hope to have even half the fortune they did. Games like these is what sets them apart from the usual shoot-em up style games.
zero_koop: Love the article, more please! I grew up on Sierra adventure games :) Also, anxiously awaiting the release of the first 3 KQ games.
Vandal: I already have two more parts to this story in hand :). So yes, more coming!
Thanks for the great article. Learned much I did not know about Sierra. In-depth editorials like that should definitely be linked from the game page, or else they become hard to find after a while.
Sigh.... oh the thoughts of replaying any of the Sierra games are good ones. My fingers (and toes) are crossed to get these offered here on GOG, (SOON!?) :-) The rare, early ones (ie. Cranston Manor, etc) would be wonderful. My fingers are anxiously awaiting to hit the keys on these, absolutely some of the the best of the best. Interesting background info/links. Thanks.
