I remember I considered buying the PC version of this back when it was new, but was convinced not to when I read several reviews stating it was buggy to the point of being nearly unplayable at times. I searched around GoG a bit and didn't find anyone talking about this, so I'm assuming it's been patched at some point. I'd just like to be sure before I buy it, though. It does look quite cool.

So, how's the bug situation?

Used to be buggy for me too back in the day. Hasn't crashed on me once in the GoG version.

It's been rock solid on Windows XP for me, though I do strongly recommend checking out the "Giants MODs" sticky thread. Many of the enhancements in there greatly improve the look and performance on modern hardware.
