Hey all,
I bought The Orange Box on Steam on special the other week for Episode 2 and I now have an extra Half Life 2 and HL2 Episode 1. Would anyone be interested in trading these two games for GOG Fallout 2 or Postal 2?

Sorry am not interested myself (Already have all of those, besides Postal 2) but I was just wondering, how would this exchange work?
Did you create new accounts for those games on steam or did you just never activated them? Because if you did activate them on your main steam account I don't think this exchange would work.

Or wait a second, I just remembered, did they show up as giftable items after you purchased orange box? In that case disregard the question above. :P

They show up in the buyer's Steam account as a surplus game that can be gifted. I did the same.

Yeah, sigh figured they would. I guess I should research more and twitch post less. :P
It actually happened to me as well. Though I gifted it (HL2 original) to one of my friends who never actually played it. :/ Should have done the same thing as warreni I suppose. Oh well.

Okay, I'll bite, I happen to be one of the few Steam users who don't own the HL2 series... I'd be willing to trade you any one of those GOG games for the Half-Life games.

huh, should've thought of this sooner, I have HL2 and episode 1 as extras in my account that I can gift, been there over a year... if anyone's interested let me know.
