hi all, i love fallout 1 and 2 and recently i restarted playing fallout 2 because i made to much mistakes in it (i hadn't gotten very far) but now i want to know if these stats are good: 6str, 6per, 6endur, 5char, 5int, 7agi, 5luck, no traits and tagged: small guns/ melee/ doctor do i stand a chance with these stats?

You stand a chance with any stats I think. It depends on your playstyle. Though I prefer 10agi with any setup, so I have 10 action points from the beginning. And I don't like melee (tried it once and it kinda sucks). And doctor is unnecessary since you'll have a lot of stimpacks. But it will have it's uses if you want to play with it.
But all of the above is just my opinion and I it feels like I'm pushing my playstyle on you.
Also, if you feel like creating your own perfect character setup (I do that every time I want to play fallout, waste about hour on it and then stop playing after Arroyo) you probably should look up fallout wiki to see what stats are required for perks you want.
You'd might want to check this thread for a build from Summit. I usually play with something similar and have no problems with killing stuff/quests/whatever.

Melee weapons aren't too bad. The best weapon which doesn't use charges is a melee weapon. If melee monsters get too close you could push them back with melee weapons and shoot them from the distance afterwards.
Most useful is the small guns skill, the other skills aren't important, energy weapons aren't needed.
I like the speech skill since it offers a lot of new options, doctor is useful both for quests and healing.
You don't have to tag skills in order to raise them, tagging only allows to raise them earlier.
Consider lowering charisma to 4 and raising int or agi to 6 instead, there's no real difference between 4 and 5 cha, both allow adding 2 NPCs. You could even lower cha to 2, if you want 2 NPCs take the "magnetic personality" perk at level 3 or 6 which is as useful as +2 cha.

is int important? and is small frame a good idea?

str: 5 is enough
per: 7 is a good thing with a ranged character.
end: 4 will do, unless you play melee
char: 4 or 6 is better
int: it's up to you
agi: i strongly recommend to start with 10.
luck: if you rely on critical hits the higher the better. Anything less than 3-4 is suicide

Int is very useful for getting dialogue options and skill points.
Small frame is horrible, carrying capacity is the biggest benefit of strength and this trait gets worse when strength is raised (you loose 10 CC for each point of strength). It's only acceptable if you replay the game and know exactly what to carry and what to leave behind.
Near the end a character with 10 strength and small frame will be inferior to a character with 7 strength.
The game is playable quite well with only 1 luck. The main benefit of luck is that you can take certain perks with 6+ luck. If you have 4 instead of 1 luck the chance to score critical when aiming and hitting at the eyes raises from 61 to 64 percent, not a very big benefit.
There's a perk which raises the critical chance by 5 percent and hardly anyone considers it useful enough for taking.

That's the site I used for guidance when playing through Fallout 1 the first couple times. It is "teh most awsum" Fallout walkthrough, imho. And no, it isn't mine nor do I know the owner personally...I just think its that damn good.
