This game is way badass first of all. Classics are the way to go. But my game works just fine in windowed mode but when I enter fullscreen it becomes unplayable with how choppy the framerate is. The sound seems to go along with the choppiness of the frramerate. Any ideas?

I have this exact same problem. I have the latest drivers for both Video and Audio.

I also get a very stuttery mouse control. It's perfect in window mode, but is nigh unplayable in full screen.

Try changing output= in dosbox.conf
