You can force a different resolution through dosbox, but may not get expected results. Try changing the following values in the game's own ...dosbox.conf file.

output=ddraw
fullresolution=1024x768
aspect=true
scaler=hq2x

I'm guessing there is no source port for these like Duke or Doom or what-have-you?

Since the source code to both Blake Stone games wasnt released, no, there's no source port.

According to Joe Siegler the reason that we don't have the source for the Blake stone games is because the JAM guys seems to have lost the floppies with the code.on them the only Woilfenstine 3D code out there is the original and the code for ROTT and those were still in the possession of the Developers. e-mailing them will not get it out since Apogge does not have the source whats left of jam does. the issue is that the W3D engine is locked to one screen Resolution
